It centralizes baptism, first communion, confirmation, marriage prep, RCIA/OCIA milestones, and anointing requests into one calendar-driven workflow. Families submit requests through a simple intake form; staff route them to the right minister, collect required documents, track preparation steps, and confirm dates automatically. The app includes role-based access for clergy, office staff, catechists, and volunteers, plus templated checklists that match common diocesan requirements (editable per parish). It also generates printable packets and email/SMS reminders for meetings, rehearsals, and missing items. This is not a theology app; it’s operational software that reduces dropped balls and awkward last-minute scrambles.
