RiteRoster

RiteRoster is a web + mobile clergy tool for planning and executing worship services with tight coordination across clergy, musicians, readers, ushers, and AV. Build an order-of-service, assign roles, attach readings/music/slide links, and push a timed “run-of-show” to each participant’s phone. During the service, a simple live cue screen advances sections, shows who’s up next, and flags missing confirmations. It also handles last-minute substitutions, auto-notifies everyone, and keeps a clean audit trail of what was used. This is not a sermon-writing app; it’s operational control for recurring services where small mistakes are public and stressful. The product lives or dies on being dead-simple, fast, and usable by volunteers who hate new software.
