RiteRoster
RiteRoster is a mobile + web app for churches, mosques, synagogues, and temples to schedule volunteers and service roles without endless group chats. Leaders create recurring services/events and define role templates (usher, reader, greeter, AV, childcare, security, etc.). Members set availability, preferred roles, and blackout dates. The system auto-suggests a fair schedule, flags gaps, and sends confirmations and reminders via SMS/email/push. It also handles last-minute swaps with an approval flow and a lightweight “on-call” list. This is not a sermon or content app; it’s operations. Realistically, many communities already use spreadsheets or generic tools, but they’re clunky for recurring worship patterns and role-based compliance (e.g., background-check required roles). Monetization is straightforward: per-organization subscription with optional SMS add-on.
