RiteRoute

RiteRoute is a mobile + web app for people who can’t travel to sacred sites but still want a structured pilgrimage experience. Users pick a tradition and destination, then join scheduled “walk-alongs” led by vetted local hosts who livestream short segments from key stations (shrines, gates, relic rooms, prayer points). The app pairs the stream with a simple liturgy: readings, chants, intentions, and timed prompts so it feels like a real rite, not random tourism video. After each station, participants can submit intentions that the host reads aloud (optional), and receive a completion record and donation receipt. This is not a replacement for physical pilgrimage; it’s a practical alternative for the elderly, disabled, caregivers, or people blocked by cost/visa/conflict. Monetization is straightforward: ticketed sessions, subscriptions for recurring routes, and transparent host payouts.
