RitualCheck
RitualCheck tracks company culture through observable behaviors, not feel-good surveys. Teams log lightweight “rituals” (1:1s, retros, on-call handoffs, recognition moments, decision reviews) and the app pulls metadata from calendars/Slack to verify what’s really happening. It then scores consistency, participation, and follow-through (e.g., retro actions completed, decision docs created, response times during incidents). Leaders get a culture dashboard tied to specific practices, while employees see clear expectations and can flag rituals that are performative or harmful. The product is intentionally narrow: it doesn’t promise to ‘fix culture’—it shows where culture is breaking down and which routines correlate with retention and delivery health. It’s built for privacy: no message content analysis by default, only counts/structure and opt-in prompts. The output is actionable: “add a decision log,” “reduce meeting load,” “close retro actions,” not vague sentiment charts.
