RitualCheck is a web app with a lightweight mobile companion that helps teams capture, validate, and keep best practices current without writing massive SOP documents. Users record short “how we do it” steps (text, screenshots, or 2-minute screen recordings), then run a quick validation loop: peers confirm accuracy, managers approve, and the app schedules periodic re-checks so guidance doesn’t rot. A simple “best practice score” highlights outdated steps, conflicting guidance, and low-confidence procedures. Integrations push the right practice into the tools people already use (Slack/Teams, Jira/Linear, Notion/Confluence) at the moment of work. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes recordings into steps, detects duplicates, and flags contradictions, but humans remain the source of truth. The goal is fewer avoidable mistakes, faster onboarding, and less time hunting for the ‘right way.’
