RitualLoop

RitualLoop is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams add-ons) for communities of practice that struggle to keep knowledge alive after meetings. Instead of another chat or wiki, it captures “micro-practices”: short, repeatable steps members actually do (e.g., code review checklist, incident handoff, discovery interview flow). After each session, members log what changed, what broke, and what worked in 60 seconds. The app then compiles a living playbook with versioned rituals, lightweight evidence (links, snippets), and clear owners. An AI layer suggests consolidation of duplicates, flags contradictions, and drafts updated ritual steps from meeting notes—without pretending to be a source of truth. The goal is not perfect documentation; it’s consistent practice. Expect pushback if your org lacks a culture of reflection, but teams that run recurring processes will see fast value.
