RitualProof is a mobile + web app that helps luxury skincare buyers and resellers verify product authenticity and freshness using a brand-agnostic workflow. Users scan barcodes/QRs, photograph packaging details, and upload purchase evidence (receipt, retailer URL). The app generates a verification report with a confidence score, red-flag checklist (mismatched batch formats, font/label anomalies, seal inconsistencies), and shelf-life guidance after opening. It also stores a private “vault” of owned products with expiry reminders and resale-ready documentation. This is an AI + traditional app: AI assists with packaging anomaly detection and text extraction, while deterministic rules handle known batch-code patterns and retailer validation. The app is brutally practical: it won’t promise certainty; it will provide risk scoring, evidence trails, and clear next steps (refund, brand support, marketplace dispute).
