RitualQueue
RitualQueue is a mobile + web app (traditional with light AI) that turns scattered to-dos into “runs”: pre-defined batches like Admin Run, Errands Run, House Reset, Content Run, or Calls Run. You build a run once (tasks, order, locations, time windows, required gear), then reuse it weekly with one tap. The app prompts you to schedule runs into realistic time blocks, auto-groups tasks by context (home, computer, phone, specific store area), and generates a short checklist you can execute without thinking. A lightweight AI layer suggests better batching (e.g., combine two store stops, move calls to a single afternoon) and flags overstuffed runs that consistently slip. It integrates with Google Calendar and reminders, but stays intentionally narrow: execution-focused batching and routines, not a full project manager. The goal is fewer context switches and less planning overhead, not perfect productivity theater.
