RitualRadar is a web app (with Slack/Teams integration) that measures culture through observable team rituals instead of vague engagement surveys. Managers and People Ops define a small set of “culture-critical” behaviors (e.g., weekly retros, customer story sharing, decision logs, recognition moments). The app automatically detects signals from calendars, Slack/Teams, and lightweight check-ins, then scores consistency, participation spread, and follow-through over time. It flags drift (rituals fading, meetings becoming one-way, recognition concentrated on a few people) and recommends small, specific interventions. Dashboards show culture health by team without pretending to read minds; it focuses on leading indicators you can influence. It also supports “ritual playbooks” for onboarding new managers and scaling practices across departments. This is not a magic culture fixer—it’s a measurement and accountability layer that makes culture work operational.
