RitualRoster
RitualRoster is a web + mobile app for teachers to run repeatable classroom culture routines with minimal prep: greetings, circles, shout-outs, conflict repair, and end-of-week reflections. Teachers pick a “ritual,” the app generates a tight script, timer, and prompts, and then logs participation with one-tap check-ins. Students can submit short reflections or peer appreciations from a simple link/QR (no accounts required for MVP). A lightweight dashboard shows who’s consistently disengaged, which rituals correlate with fewer behavior incidents, and what topics are trending in reflections. It’s not trying to “measure culture” with vague scores; it helps teachers execute the small, boring, high-leverage habits that build culture over time. Expect adoption where teachers already use routines but struggle with consistency, documentation, and follow-through.
