RitualRoster

RitualRoster is a mobile + web app for planning and running rituals and ceremonies with a clear, shareable “run-of-show.” It lets facilitators build step-by-step scripts (call-and-response lines, readings, music cues, timings), assign roles (officiant, reader, musician, usher), and distribute participant views that show only what each person needs. A simple rehearsal mode tracks timing and highlights bottlenecks. Day-of, an offline-capable “conductor” screen provides big-text prompts, next-step cues, and emergency fallback versions if someone is absent. It also includes a lightweight library of customizable templates for common ceremonies (weddings, funerals, baby namings, coming-of-age, seasonal rites) without claiming to replace tradition—just to reduce mistakes. This is not a spiritual “content” app; it’s operational software for people who already lead ceremonies and need reliability under pressure.
