RitualRoster

RitualRoster is a mobile + web app for religious communities to coordinate recurring rituals and volunteer roles (readers, greeters, choir, tech booth, meal trains, prayer circles) with minimal back-and-forth. Leaders create templates for services and events, assign roles, and set rotation rules (fairness, availability, skill level). Members get clear schedules, one-tap accept/decline, and automatic swaps with approved substitutes. The app includes a simple “service run-sheet” view that works offline in low-connectivity buildings. It’s not trying to replace worship or community; it removes the spreadsheet chaos and group-chat noise that burns out volunteers. Monetization is straightforward: per-congregation subscription with tiering by active members, plus optional SMS reminders for older demographics. Realistically, this wins only if it’s dead-simple and faster than Google Sheets.
