RitualRoster is a mobile + web scheduling and compliance app for Hindu temples to manage priests, rituals, and devotee bookings without WhatsApp confusion. Temples can define seva/puja templates (duration, required priest type, materials), publish available slots, and accept requests from devotees with clear pricing/donation guidance. Priests get a personal calendar, automatic clash detection, and reminders in local languages. The app generates daily ritual run-sheets, assigns priests based on skill/availability, and tracks honorarium payments and attendance. A lightweight “audit trail” logs who changed schedules and when—useful for committees that argue. This is not glamorous: it’s operational plumbing. But temples repeatedly lose money and goodwill due to missed/overbooked services, last-minute cancellations, and opaque priest allocation. RitualRoster focuses on reducing those failures, not on social/community features.
