RitualRx is a mobile AI + traditional app that turns holistic wellness into a realistic weekly plan you can follow. Instead of vague “do yoga, meditate, eat clean,” it builds a schedule from your constraints: work hours, sleep window, injuries, budget, equipment, food preferences, and stress triggers. You log only three things per day (energy, mood, and one habit), and the app adapts your plan to avoid burnout and guilt spirals. It includes short evidence-informed routines (breathwork, mobility, light strength, sleep wind-down, simple meals) and flags risky “woo” recommendations. The app is brutally pragmatic: it will tell you when your goal is unrealistic, when you’re overcommitting, and when you should talk to a clinician. Monetization is subscription with optional add-ons (coach review, meal templates).
