RivalDraft is a mobile + web app for “micro-fantasy” drafts that run alongside live games. Instead of managing a season-long roster, users join a 2–8 person room and draft a handful of players (or props) in under a minute, then score points in real time. The hook is simplicity: no salary caps, no waiver wires, no research rabbit holes—just quick drafts, live leaderboards, and bragging-rights receipts you can share. It supports public lobbies for major leagues and private friend groups with recurring rooms. Monetization is realistic: a freemium model with a small monthly subscription for advanced stats, custom scoring, and private league tools, plus sponsorship placements (not gambling payouts). The product lives or dies on speed, reliability, and clean UX during live games, not on fancy features.
