RMAForge is a desktop + web app for IT teams that streamlines hardware returns (RMA) and warranty claims across mixed fleets (laptops, docks, monitors, peripherals). A lightweight desktop agent pulls device identifiers, warranty-relevant logs, and failure context (recent USB events, battery cycles, SMART status where available) and packages it into a vendor-ready “RMA bundle.” The web console tracks each asset’s failure history, auto-fills claim forms with templates per vendor, and generates shipping labels and chain-of-custody records. An AI assistant summarizes symptoms from tickets and suggests the minimum evidence vendors typically require, reducing back-and-forth. This is not magic hardware diagnosis; it’s paperwork elimination and evidence standardization. The product lives or dies on integrations (ticketing, asset inventory, shipping) and on being faster than spreadsheets and email threads.
