RMAProof is a mobile + web app that creates defensible, time-stamped evidence packs for hardware warranty and RMA claims. Users scan a device’s serial/IMEI/barcode, record a guided video showing the fault, and capture required angles, ports, and diagnostic screens. The app auto-generates a standardized report (PDF + share link) with metadata, purchase proof, device identifiers, and a clear fault narrative. It also tracks claim status, deadlines, shipping labels, and communications in one place. This is not glamorous, but it saves hours of back-and-forth and reduces “insufficient information” rejections. For small IT teams, it becomes a lightweight RMA workflow: assign a claim, attach logs, and keep an audit trail. The goal is simple: fewer denied claims, faster replacements, less time wasted arguing with support.
