RoachRoute is a mobile + web app for pest control operators and facility teams to capture pest sightings in seconds and turn them into actionable treatment plans. Techs log a sighting with a photo, location, and quick notes; the system builds a heatmap by account, room, and time-of-day, then suggests the next best inspection points and bait/monitor placement based on prior outcomes. It also generates clean, client-ready service reports and trend summaries for audits. This is not magic: it won’t “identify every insect perfectly” or replace experienced techs. Instead, it reduces missed patterns, improves consistency across technicians, and helps managers prove progress with data. The MVP focuses on cockroaches and rodents in commercial accounts (restaurants, multifamily, warehouses) where repeat visits and documentation are constant and costly.
