RoadmapLint
RoadmapLint is a web app (with a lightweight Slack integration) that audits product roadmaps for realism before they get socialized. Teams upload a roadmap (Jira export, CSV, or a slide/PDF), and the app flags common failure patterns: overloaded teams, missing dependencies, unrealistic lead times, unclear outcomes, and “everything is P0” prioritization. It generates a risk-adjusted timeline, highlights assumptions that must be true, and produces a one-page exec-ready summary with confidence levels. It also keeps a “promise ledger” that tracks what was communicated vs. what actually shipped, so teams learn where their planning breaks down. This is not a full project management suite; it’s a focused quality gate that plugs into existing tools. The goal is fewer embarrassing misses, fewer last-minute thrash cycles, and more credible planning conversations.
