RoamProof

RoamProof is a web app (with an optional Android field companion) that monitors 5G roaming and inter-operator handovers using real devices and eSIM profiles, then turns messy logs into actionable alerts. It targets the unglamorous but costly reality: roaming issues are often intermittent, geography-specific, and blamed on “the other network.” RoamProof schedules automated drive/walk tests via cheap Android phones or partner device farms, collects radio + core-network signals (where available), and correlates them with user-impact metrics like attach failures, data stall time, VoNR call drops, and latency spikes. It produces a “roaming health score” per partner, country, and PLMN, with evidence bundles you can send to carriers. This is not magic: you still need device access and cooperation for deep core visibility, but even surface-level, consistent measurements reduce finger-pointing and shorten incident cycles.
