RoastRelay
RoastRelay is an opt-in “friendly roast” game for workplaces that want humor without the usual cringe or risk. Teams create private channels (per company or per team) where participants set boundaries (topics to avoid, intensity level, preferred pronouns/names). Each week, the app pairs people for a short roast-and-reply exchange, with prompts designed to be playful and specific (work quirks, harmless habits, fictional exaggerations). Before anything posts, a safety layer flags potentially sensitive content (protected classes, harassment, threats, doxxing) and forces rewrites. Admins get lightweight controls: who can join, office hours, and a “kill switch” to pause the game instantly. It integrates with Slack/Teams so participation is one click, and it keeps a “best lines” highlight reel that participants can export for internal newsletters. This is a fun vitamin, not a must-have—so it must be frictionless and safe to survive.
