RogueLock
RogueLock is a desktop app plus lightweight agent that blocks unauthorized software execution across company endpoints using allowlisting that’s actually manageable. Instead of asking admins to curate endless rules, it learns a baseline from your real fleet (installed apps, hashes, publishers, and execution paths) and then enforces “known-good” with staged rollout: observe → warn → block. It focuses on the most common breach path in SMBs and mid-market teams—employees installing random tools, cracked software, browser extensions, and “free” utilities that become malware footholds. The product includes a simple policy engine (by department/device group), tamper protection, and clear audit trails for compliance. This is not a full EDR replacement; it’s a pragmatic execution-control layer that reduces attack surface fast, with minimal noise and minimal SOC overhead.
