You map your current skills to a target role, then the app generates a “transfer plan” with gaps, quick wins, and a 30/60/90-day contribution outline. It also provides templates for manager conversations, internal networking outreach, and a lightweight portfolio builder that focuses on evidence: projects shipped, metrics moved, and transferable behaviors. The app is realistic: it flags when your target role is a long shot given your background and suggests nearer-step lateral options. It integrates with LinkedIn and your resume to prefill experience, but keeps the user in control of claims and tone. The goal is not job hunting—it’s internal mobility with proof and a plan.
