RoleFitCV is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns a job posting into a resume “fit checklist” and a targeted rewrite plan. Instead of generating a brand-new resume that sounds fake, it audits your existing resume against the posting: missing keywords, weak evidence, vague bullets, and role-specific competencies. You paste the job link and upload your resume; the app extracts requirements, maps them to your bullets, and suggests minimal, truthful edits with prompts like “Add metric,” “Name tool,” or “Move this project higher.” It also flags risky claims (e.g., inflated leadership language) and helps you create a clean, ATS-safe PDF and plain-text version. The goal is not magic; it’s reducing the tedious tailoring work while keeping the resume credible and consistent across applications.
