RoleGap is a mobile + web AI app that helps underemployed workers translate what they actually do into evidence that hiring managers accept. Instead of generic resume tips, it builds a “proof portfolio” from your real work: shift logs, projects, customer outcomes, metrics, and artifacts (photos, docs, links). The app converts these into role-aligned bullet points, quantified impact statements, and short case studies mapped to specific job descriptions. It also flags skill gaps that are truly blocking you (not vanity skills) and generates a weekly plan focused on the smallest credible upgrades: one certification, one project, one referral push. You get a realistic target-role ladder (e.g., retail supervisor → operations coordinator → ops analyst) with salary ranges and requirements. It’s blunt: if your target role is unrealistic in 30 days, it says so and offers the next-best path.
