RoleLedger
RoleLedger helps people untangle who they are "supposed" to be across work, family, and personal goals—and turn that into clear, enforceable boundaries. You map each role (e.g., Manager, Partner, Caregiver), define responsibilities you own vs. support, and set explicit "not my job" exclusions. The app then generates a weekly role review: what you committed to, what drifted, and which role is overloaded. It also includes a lightweight "request router": when a new ask arrives, you tag it to a role, see if it fits your defined scope, and either accept with a due date or decline with a pre-written boundary script. This is not therapy and won’t magically fix dysfunctional workplaces, but it will make ambiguity visible and give you language to push back. Best for people who feel constantly pulled in conflicting directions.
