The app auto-tags entries to common role expectations (e.g., engineer, manager, designer) and generates a simple “evidence dashboard” showing patterns: impact areas, recurring strengths, and blind spots. It also includes a pre-meeting prep flow that converts your recent evidence into a one-page brief you can use before performance reviews, interviews, or high-stakes presentations.
