RolePulse

RolePulse is a web + mobile app that helps people and small teams get brutally clear on responsibilities, decision rights, and expectations across their different roles (work, family, side projects). Users create “role cards” (e.g., Manager, Parent, Caregiver, Founder) and attach outcomes, recurring duties, boundaries, and explicit “not my job” items. A lightweight check-in asks what felt ambiguous this week and flags conflicts (two roles claiming the same responsibility, or no one owning a critical task). For teams, it generates a simple RACI-style view and a “decision log” so accountability doesn’t vanish in Slack threads. It’s not therapy and it won’t magically fix bad managers, but it will surface ambiguity fast and give a shared artifact to negotiate expectations. The goal is fewer dropped balls, less resentment, and clearer handoffs.
