RoleRadar is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that aggregates postings from major job boards and company career pages, then scores each job for “realistic fit” based on your resume, location, salary needs, work authorization, and must-have skills. It flags common time-wasters: repost loops, likely ghost roles, unrealistic requirement stacks, and roles with mismatched seniority. Instead of blasting applications, users get a short daily list of high-probability roles plus a checklist of what to tailor (keywords, portfolio link, cover note angle). An AI layer generates a tailored application packet, but the core value is ruthless filtering and evidence-based fit scoring. Employers aren’t the customer here; job seekers are.
