Users pick a target role (e.g., “Clinical Data Manager” or “RevOps Manager”), then get a realistic path: common prior roles, typical time-in-role, must-have tools, certifications that actually correlate with hiring, and the job titles companies really use. It also highlights “title traps” (roles that sound senior but pay/advance poorly) and “bridge roles” that increase odds of landing the target. The app outputs a step-by-step plan and a skills gap checklist tied to job postings in the user’s region. It’s not a generic career advice blog; it’s a decision-support tool for switching industries or leveling up without wasting months on irrelevant courses.
