RoleReady is a web + mobile AI-assisted professional development app that turns vague career goals into weekly, measurable “role drills.” Users pick a target role (e.g., Product Manager, Data Analyst), import a job description, and get a 4-week plan of small deliverables: a one-page PRD, a stakeholder update, a SQL query set, a portfolio bullet rewrite, etc. Each drill has a clear rubric and a submission format (text, link, file). The app scores work against the rubric, flags gaps, and suggests a tighter revision—then generates a concise “evidence log” users can paste into performance reviews or interviews. It also includes accountability: a weekly check-in, calendar nudges, and optional peer review swaps. This is not a course platform; it’s a practice-and-output tracker designed to create artifacts that hiring managers and managers actually care about.
