RoleReroute helps underemployed workers stop guessing and start targeting realistic next-step roles that pay more and fit their actual experience. You connect your LinkedIn/resume, pick constraints (remote only, schedule, location, minimum pay), and the app maps your current duties to adjacent roles with higher market demand. It then generates a short, evidence-based “repositioning plan”: which bullet points to rewrite, which portfolio proof to create in 7 days, and which job titles to apply to first. The app also includes a lightweight application tracker and a weekly progress score that’s blunt about what’s working (or not). This isn’t a motivational coach; it’s a pragmatic tool to move you from “overqualified/underused” to a role that actually uses your skills and pays accordingly.
