RoleReset is a mobile + web AI-assisted career-phase planner for people who are stuck between “stay” and “quit.” Instead of generic career advice, it forces a realistic inventory: time available, savings runway, location limits, health/energy, family obligations, and current market conditions. The app turns that into a 30/60/90-day transition plan with weekly tasks (portfolio, networking targets, skill refresh, applications) and a risk dashboard (burn rate, interview pipeline health, probability of offer by date). It also includes a “phase library” for common transitions—IC to manager, manager to IC, returning after a break, late-career downshift, or switching industries—with checklists and templates. Users can import LinkedIn/resume, track outcomes, and iterate based on what’s actually working. It’s not motivational; it’s operational.
