RoleRoom is a mobile + tablet AI-assisted make-believe app that generates short, guided roleplay “rooms” (spaceship, vet clinic, mystery mansion) with simple props, character cards, and scene prompts. Kids pick a theme, choose roles, and the app runs a lightweight “scene engine” that suggests what happens next, offers dialogue starters, and keeps the story moving without turning into an endless chatbot. Parents can set age level, reading level, session length, and safety boundaries; the app avoids scary/violent/romantic content by design and provides a recap at the end that kids can save as a comic-strip storyboard. It’s built for 5–10 minute bursts so it competes with short-form video, but nudges toward offline play: printable props, “pause and act it out” moments, and scavenger prompts using household items. Monetization: subscription for unlimited rooms + monthly new packs; free tier includes a rotating set.
