RoleRoster is a mobile + web app that helps people who juggle multiple identities (manager, parent, caregiver, student, creator, volunteer) keep boundaries, commitments, and communication consistent. You create “roles” with rules: what you say yes/no to, preferred tone, key values, time boundaries, and priority goals. The app then provides quick checklists before you respond to messages, accept meetings, or make commitments, so you don’t accidentally overpromise or violate your own boundaries. It includes a lightweight “context switch” log so you can see which roles dominate your week and where conflict is happening. This is not therapy and it won’t magically fix burnout; it’s a practical decision-support tool for day-to-day choices. AI is optional: it can draft role-aligned replies and summarize role conflicts, but the core value works without it.
