RoleScore is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that replaces generic annual reviews with role-specific scorecards tied to observable outputs. Admins create “Role Cards” (e.g., SDR, Product Manager, Store Lead) with 6–10 measurable expectations, examples of what good looks like, and evidence types (links, tickets, dashboards, customer notes). Managers run lightweight monthly check-ins where the app prompts for evidence, not opinions, and produces a clear performance snapshot: strengths, gaps, and a recommended next-month plan. An AI assistant helps draft role cards from job descriptions and suggests evidence prompts, but final criteria remain human-approved to avoid nonsense. The product focuses on small-to-mid companies that don’t have HR ops maturity and are tired of inconsistent, defensible evaluations. It also generates audit-ready documentation for promotions, PIPs, and compensation conversations without turning the process into bureaucracy.
