RolloutKit

RolloutKit is a web app (with optional CLI) that manages versioned releases of design system assets—tokens, components, and guidelines—across tools and codebases. It acts like “release management for design systems”: you publish a change, define compatibility notes, and RolloutKit generates a migration plan, changelog, and impact report. It connects to Figma libraries, GitHub repos, and Storybook builds to detect what changed and who will be affected. Teams can stage rollouts (beta, gradual, full), enforce deprecation windows, and track adoption across products. The goal is to stop the common chaos where designers update a library, engineers miss it, and dozens of apps drift. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps summarize diffs, propose migration steps, and draft comms, but the core value is reliable versioning, governance, and telemetry.
