RoofRainCheck is a mobile + web AI app that gives property owners and facility teams hyper-local, building-specific rain and wind-driven rain risk alerts. Instead of generic “chance of rain,” it estimates when your exact roof is most likely to take on water based on forecast intensity, wind direction, roof type, drainage capacity, and recent rainfall saturation. Users add a building by address, upload a few photos, and answer a short checklist (roof age, known ponding spots, drains, parapets). The app then produces a simple risk score, recommended actions (clear drains, deploy tarps, schedule inspection), and a time window when damage is most likely. It also logs events and photos for insurance documentation and maintenance history. This is not a weather app for everyone; it’s a pragmatic tool for people who pay when water gets in.
