RoofScope is a web + mobile AI-assisted roof verification tool for property & casualty underwriting and renewals. It pulls recent aerial imagery, historical satellite views, and permit/inspection signals (where available) to flag likely roof age, material type, visible damage patterns, and tree-overhang risk. The app generates a concise “roof confidence report” underwriters can attach to a file, including what it can’t reliably determine. It’s not a magic roof inspector: it won’t replace on-site inspections, and accuracy varies by geography and image recency. But it can drastically reduce unnecessary inspections, speed up quoting, and standardize decisions across underwriters. The product focuses on workflow: queue management, audit trails, configurable rules (e.g., auto-refer if confidence < X), and integrations to common policy admin/CRM systems via API. Pricing is per-seat plus per-property checks, aligned with underwriting volume.
