Users scan a room with their phone, then drop true-to-scale furniture models into the space to validate size, clearance, and layout. The app also runs a “path-to-room” check: it estimates whether the item can make it through entryways, hallways, elevators, and stair turns using quick measurements and camera-based guidance. It generates a simple fit report (dimensions, recommended alternatives, and a confidence score) that can be shared with partners or saved for later. Monetization is straightforward: affiliate links to retailers, a small consumer subscription for advanced checks, and B2B licensing to local furniture stores that want fewer returns and fewer failed deliveries.
