You scan a room with your phone, then drop in true-to-scale furniture from supported retailers or your own measurements. The app flags common layout failures (blocked walkways, door clearance, TV viewing distance, rug sizing, sofa-to-coffee-table spacing) and suggests 2–3 alternative arrangements optimized for comfort and flow. It also generates a simple shopping list with exact dimensions and “will it fit?” confidence scores. Brutal reality: AR furniture preview already exists, and many apps are gimmicky. This wins only if it’s measurably more accurate, faster to set up, and retailer-agnostic so users aren’t trapped in one catalog.
