RoomFlow is a mobile + web app that turns a single room into a practical, step-by-step design plan built around how you live. Users answer a short intake (room type, measurements, budget, pets/kids, storage needs, style tolerance), then upload a few photos. The app generates a layout recommendation, a prioritized shopping list, and a staged execution plan (weekend-by-weekend) with realistic cost ranges. It focuses on constraints most apps ignore: clearances, door swings, outlet locations, lighting temperature, and maintenance. It also includes a “swap engine” that offers cheaper or more durable alternatives when items go out of stock or exceed budget. This is not a full CAD tool; it’s a decision and execution assistant for normal people trying to finish one room without spiraling into endless browsing.
