RoomProof is a mobile + web app that creates a lightweight “paper trail” for shared living. Roommates log issues (damage, missing items, cleanliness problems, noise complaints) with time-stamped photos/video, location, and a short note. The app auto-builds a shared timeline and generates clear, neutral summaries you can send to each other or a landlord when needed. It also supports simple agreements: house rules, guest policy, shared item ownership, and move-in condition checklists—signed in-app. An AI assistant helps rewrite heated messages into calm, factual language and suggests next steps (e.g., propose a repair split, schedule a walkthrough, or escalate to landlord). This isn’t a “make everyone friends” app; it’s a practical tool to reduce he-said/she-said and protect deposits and sanity. Monetization: freemium with paid “household” plan for exports, storage, and signed agreements.
