RoomPulse is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) for hybrid event organizers who need to know what actually worked across physical rooms and virtual sessions. It creates a single “engagement ledger” by combining QR/NFC check-ins, session dwell time, live polls, Q&A, and sponsor interactions into a unified dashboard. The AI layer summarizes each session (key moments, audience sentiment, top questions) and flags where hybrid audiences diverged (e.g., in-room loved it, remote dropped off). It also generates post-event reports that sponsors will pay for: verified leads, interaction quality, and recommended follow-ups. This is not another virtual venue or video platform; it plugs into Zoom/Teams/Hopin-style stacks and focuses on measurement and proof. Brutal reality: organizers are drowning in fragmented analytics and sponsor demands, and many are losing renewals because they can’t quantify ROI.
