RoomRadar

RoomRadar is a mobile + web app that helps renters reduce roommate risk before moving in together. Instead of “vibes-based” decisions, it provides a structured pre-lease screening flow: identity verification, income/employment checks (with user permission), prior landlord reference collection, and a standardized roommate compatibility questionnaire. It also creates a simple “Roommate Agreement” packet that both parties can sign, covering basics like guest frequency, quiet hours, cleaning expectations, and how to handle early move-out. The app is designed to be lightweight: roommates invite each other, complete the checks, and get a clear risk/fit summary and a shareable report for the group. It doesn’t replace a full tenant screening service for landlords; it’s specifically for roommate groups who need clarity fast and don’t have leverage or time to do due diligence manually.
