You forward email receipts or scan paper receipts; the app extracts merchant, items, price, and return-by dates, then builds a “home inventory” by room. It reminds you before return deadlines, stores assembly manuals and care instructions, and keeps paint colors, fabric swatches, and measurements attached to each item so you can match future purchases. It also creates a clean export for insurance claims or moving day, and can generate a resale listing draft with photos and original purchase details. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI is used for receipt parsing, item normalization, and smart categorization, but the core value is reliable tracking and reminders.
