RoomRelay

RoomRelay is a lightweight web + desktop companion that fixes a common mess in video work: jumping between multiple calls, breakout rooms, and parallel meetings without losing context. It creates a “relay timeline” for each meeting: links, shared files, decisions, action items, and who said what—captured in real time with consent-based recording and live notes. Instead of trying to replace Zoom/Teams/Meet, it sits alongside them and standardizes the handoff: when you leave a call, the next person can join with a one-click brief, key clips, and the current agenda state. It also supports “shadow attendance” for stakeholders: they can follow a live summary without joining, reducing meeting bloat. This is an AI + traditional app: AI handles summarization, speaker-attributed notes, and decision extraction; the core product is workflow, permissions, and integrations.
