RoomRoster

RoomRoster is a web + desktop app that adds a lightweight “presence layer” to remote teams: who’s online, what they’re doing, and when they’re interruptible—without forcing constant video or chat noise. It integrates with Google Calendar/Outlook, Slack/Teams, and optional activity signals (focus mode, in-a-call, presenting) to generate a simple office floorplan-style view with rooms (Focus, Help Desk, Pairing, Social). Teams can set office hours, drop into a room, or request a 10-minute slot. The AI component suggests the best time/person to contact based on calendar, time zone, and recent responsiveness, and it auto-updates status to reduce manual toggling. This is not a metaverse; it’s a practical coordination tool aimed at cutting “are you free?” pings and meeting overload.
