RoomRoster is a mobile + web app for home-sale staging that turns a messy, subjective process into a trackable plan. It generates a room-by-room task list (declutter, repairs, lighting, soft goods, curb appeal), assigns owners (agent, seller, stager, handyman), and sets deadlines tied to listing date and photo day. Users upload quick photos, and the app flags common readiness issues (visible cords, mismatched bulbs, crowded counters) with simple, non-AI “rules” plus optional AI suggestions. It also tracks inventory (what’s being rented, moved, or stored), produces a “photo-day script” (what to hide, where to place props), and creates a shareable progress link for clients. The goal isn’t fancy virtual staging; it’s reducing delays, re-shoots, and last-minute chaos that cost time and money.
